Our request to you is that, once sessions are booked you don’t cancel. This enables us to monitor demand for the sessions and provide the right amount of supervision. Last minute cancellations would leave sessions undersubscribed and more difficult to manage.
On the rare occasion where you do need to cancel we ask that you do so with at least 1 week’s notice. This will enable us to offer these sessions out to others.
If you cancel within a weeks notice this will need to count as a missed session and you will need to find and pay for a supervisor yourself to complete the required 4 hours (level 5) or 8 hours (level 7 ) of supervision.
